  1. If I want to make website, what should I do because I don’t understand about internet?

    The first step is contact us and we will give to the free of charge consultation service about website. Here we will explain some website types to you that will be then adjusted to your need.

  2. What should I prepare to make website?

    The material required in making website by us is image, company color, menu structure, company logo. In case of good web reference, you can give it to us so that our designer can grab your art of sense/design type.

  3. If I want to use the web application using the database system, can help me?

    Of course we can. After receiving the order we will make schedule for meeting to obtain the information about the customer need in website designing so that we can develop a system that is suitable to your need.

  4. How about the payment?

    The website preparation will be contained in a contract specifying all information you require including the payment system in making website.

  5. How about the guarantee?

    We give guarantee for 1 month in making the system. The guarantee is for script or coding. In case of error in our script or coding, we will repair it free of charge so long you do not change such script.

  6. How about the maintenance system?

    If required, we can offer the maintenance system. The system we offer can be in terms of one time call, monthly call or annual call.
